Named after Apollonie Sabatier mid-C19th Parisian artist's model, muse lover of poet Charles Baudelaire , and subject of his famous poem, "Le Fleurs du Mal" Sabatier and Baudelaire were both model absinthe drinking bohemians.  The goblet is mounted upon an absinthe green glass stem.
